The United States’ presidential election is around the corner, and recruiters may be wondering how either outcome will impact their strategy over the next four years.

Appcast’s webinar, How the US Election Could Shape Your 2025 Recruitment Strategy, breaks down the policies of each candidate and explores the various ways those policies could impact recruiting in the years ahead.

Appcast’s Chief Economist Andrew Flowers provides a non-partisan, in-depth session that will help recruiters understand the possible outcomes of the election and how they can prepare for whomever occupies the White House in 2025.

Watch this webinar recording for a deep dive into the candidates’ potential impact on:

checkmark-1 Trade: How tariffs (or the lack thereof) would transform American industry and the recruiting outlook in manufacturing and transportation.

checkmark-1 No taxation on tips: Supported on both sides of the ticket, this legislation could impact food and hospitality recruiting.

checkmark-1 Inflation: The predicted outlook on pricing shifts under each candidate, and how that would play out in recruiting.

checkmark-1 And more...
