The U.S. labor market is heading into the end of 2026 with mixed signals. The economy remains surprisingly resilient, but job growth is getting narrower. AI’s economic footprint is increasingly showing up in the labor market data, creating strong hiring momentum for blue-collar workers while weakening demand for some routine white-collar jobs.

In this Q3 2026 Hiring Economy Briefing, Senior Economist Julius Probst breaks down what the latest economic data really means for talent leaders. We'll cut through the noise to show where hiring momentum is real—and where warning signs are emerging.

Register today and learn about:

The divergence between workers with AI skills and routine white-collar jobs

Tariffs and energy prices and how they interact with the labor market

What sectors are hiring and where employment growth will show up
